I strive to enhance the physical and mental well-being of clients in the second half of their lives, through individualized attention in the comfort and privacy of their own homes.  By building a trusting relationship, clients have the opportunity to engage safely in healthy movement and enjoy becoming – or staying – independent for as long as possible.  In addition, I often work with medical professionals to assist clients in transitioning from physical therapy to in-home wellness. I help them with their prescribed exercises at home and progress with them.  Even when clients have achieved their physical therapy goals, most continue to work out with me, as I pride myself on developing new, fun and effective ways for clients to maintain or increase their level of good health.
